When we wanted to make a Rosé, I ran a competition on Twitter to come up with an appropriate name. I wanted something different, light and fruity but equally at home with food like charcuterie. The winning name was Jolie or pretty (feminine) in French. We all felt that this was the most appropriate name for a wine with such delicate colour.
Tasting Notes: With aromas of rhubarb and vanilla, light savoury and surprisingly long finish

The name for the wine is “sunset” cause the colour is like a lovely summer evening when the sun is going down just like the wine
